Wildlight Oasis Return-Guest Offer Terms

Claiming Your Offer

The Wildlight Oasis return-guest offer is available in two versions:

Pre-Checkout Offer: To receive the complimentary Wildlight Oasis robe to take home, you must claim the offer and pay the $299 deposit before checkout from your current stay. This version also includes the other return-guest benefits described in your offer.

Post-Stay Offer: If you do not claim the offer before checkout, you may claim the post-stay version by paying the $299 deposit within 72 hours after your scheduled checkout time. This version includes the return-guest benefits described in your post-stay offer but does not include the complimentary robe.

Both versions require a $299 deposit. The deposit is nonrefundable and is applied as a $299 credit toward your next qualifying Wildlight Oasis reservation.

Claiming either offer secures your applicable return-guest benefits but does not reserve dates or confirm a future stay. Your return reservation is confirmed only after you select available dates and complete the booking process.

Choosing Your Dates

You have 90 days from the date you claim your offer to select your return dates. Your return stay must take place within 12 months of that same date. Return dates are subject to availability.

The return-guest offer is valid for stays of two or more consecutive nights. One-night stays, including otherwise available orphan-night openings, are not eligible for this offer.

If you need assistance choosing dates before the 90-day deadline, please contact us. Extensions may be offered at our discretion but are not guaranteed.

Redeeming Your $299 Credit

After claiming your offer, you’ll receive a booking code and instructions for selecting your return dates. Enter your code when booking your return stay to apply your $299 credit.

The code may be redeemed once, toward one qualifying return reservation. The credit cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another guest.

Payment for Your Return Stay

When you select your dates, your $299 credit will be applied to the reservation. Any remaining amount due, including applicable fees and taxes, will be shown at checkout and charged according to the payment terms presented for that booking.

Rescheduling Your Return Stay

You may reschedule your return reservation at no additional rescheduling fee when you request the change at least 30 days before your scheduled check-in, subject to availability and the original 12-month return deadline.

Any difference in the price of the new dates, including applicable fees and taxes, will be reflected in your updated reservation.

Requests made less than 30 days before check-in are subject to the cancellation policy and payment terms applicable to your reservation.

If You Cancel Your Return Reservation

Your return reservation is subject to the cancellation policy displayed when you book it. If you cancel within a period that qualifies for a refund, eligible additional payments will be refunded under that policy.

Your original $299 deposit remains nonrefundable. Its value will remain available as a credit toward another qualifying reservation within the original offer period, provided the cancellation qualifies under the reservation’s cancellation policy.

The original 12-month return deadline does not restart when you book, cancel, or reschedule a reservation.
